About this experience
Bring the family together for an evening centred on a private dinner setting in the dunes.
The matched offer combines a dune drive with a candlelit BBQ setup; a related operator description also includes a camel-farm stop, camel riding and henna. Those additional activities need to be written into the final package rather than assumed from a similar tour.
Decide whether your priority is the drive, a relaxed meal or a celebration, and ask for a schedule that reflects it. Private dining does not automatically mean the entire surrounding desert or camp is reserved.
Share the party size and children’s ages so the vehicle and dining allocation can be checked. This product is advertised near Abu Dhabi and is cross-listed under Al Ain and Al Khaznah.
That is not enough to promise an Al Ain departure. A group reference exists online, but the number of people it covers is not stated, so the website requests a group quote.

Before you go
Clothing and equipment
Send the exact adult/child count, menu preferences, allergies and occasion. Ask for seating style and toilet access. Secure loose belongings before desert driving and carry a light evening layer.
Physical requirements
Dune driving involves jolts. Ask about a gentler transfer, access to the dinner setting and any operator participation restrictions before reserving.
Children and accessibility
Share each child’s age and any access requirements before confirmation. Age limits, available assistance and accessible facilities must be checked for this specific experience. A price category does not establish suitability.
Conditions and changes
Ask Journeyfer to confirm the route and operation for your date, including any seasonal limitations. Photographs and preferred times do not guarantee conditions or availability.
Cancellation and refunds
Request the terms for the selected provider and date. Attraction tickets and accommodation can have different change and refund conditions. The applicable policy is not yet published as a verified product term.
